2. Summer Concert Vendor Information

   De Soto has four summer concerts in 2024:

   • Friday, June 21st
   • Friday, July 19th
   • Friday, August 16th
   • Saturday, September 21st

   Please fill out the Summer Concert Vendor Application if you'd like to be a vendor!

   You can participate in all events or just select dates.

   • There is no vendor fee. 
   • 120v, 20 amp, or 30 amp electrical service is supplied for each site (food - 20x20 and business - 15x15).
   • (Generators are not allowed due to the noise.)

18. Business Vendors: Please describe your business, products, and any promotional giveaways you will have for this event.

    You are allowed to sell only the items you list and those approved by event management. (Food items and products only. No beer or alcohol).

26. Please confirm the understanding of vendor requirements by checking each agreement.

    1. All booths must be set up by 6:30pm on the event date; vehicle traffic is not allowed in the vendor area after 6:15pm.
    2. Event hours are 7:00pm–10:00pm; vendor agrees to be ready for the public by 6:30pm.
    3. Generators are not allowed due to noise; plug-in electrical is provided.
    4. Each booth must be staffed by a manager at all times.
    5. Applicant agrees to not remove their booth/food truck until after the headliner concert and guests have cleared the vendor area.
    6. Food Vendors: Applicant agrees to sell only food items and products approved by the City; alcohol sales aren't permitted.
    7. Food Vendors: A full list of provided menu items with pricing shall be provided on site by vendor.
28. Waiver of Liability and Other Information: I, the undersigned, intending this document to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the City of De Soto, Kansas and its agents, successor and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. *

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
