The City of De Soto provides water and wastewater service for most residents and business and contracts with Honey Creek Disposal for dependable trash and recycling services.
Utility Statements
Utility statements are mailed at the end of every month and include all provided utilities - Water (WA), Wastewater (SW), Trash (TS), & Recycling (RC).
Utilities Service Contract
Are you a new resident? You will need to complete a Utilities Service Contract.
- Online Application (Aplicaciones en Linea)
- Email or Fax Application (Contrato de Servicios)
- Apply in person at City Hall or complete the online form.
There is a $30.00 connection fee that applies to ALL new water contracts. If not paid at time of request, it will be added to the first month's bill.

Debit Authorization
Want to sign up for automatic billing? Fill out this debit authorization form (PDF) and return it to City Hall. We will automatically deduct your monthly utility bill directly from your bank account.

Utility Assistance
