We’re hiring a Community Events Manager!
This role is at the heart of what makes De Soto feel like a connected, vibrant place to live. You’ll plan and lead events that bring people together—concerts and festivals, yes—but also citywide holiday programs, tournaments, volunteer days, civic celebrations, public open houses, dedications, ribbon cuttings, and cornerstone gatherings like Hometown Halls and the State of the City.
The role also champions internal employee appreciation efforts, such as staff lunches, holiday gatherings, and recognition programs.
