5. Public Hearing:

A. Public hearing to consider amendment(s) to Chapter 7 and Map 12 of the Comprehensive Plan pertaining to the Future Land Use Plan.

B. Public hearing to consider a zoning map revision from the ‘RUR’ Johnson County Rural district to the ‘C-2’ General Business district for property located at the northwest corner of 95th Street and Lexington Avenue, addressed 35000 W. 95th Street.

C. Public hearing to consider a zoning map revision from the ‘P-D’ Planned Development district to the ‘P-D’ Planned Development district for the purpose of revising the site plan for property located at the southwest corner of Lexington and 95th Street (Parcel No. AF221305-3021).

D. Public hearing to consider a zoning map revision from the ‘R-1’ Residential Low Density district to the ‘M-1’ Light Industrial district for property generally located between 95th and 103rd Streets on Sunflower Road (a portion of Parcel No. AF221306-3002).

A. Consider Site Plan for The Commons, generally located south of 88th Street on Commerce Drive.

A. Reconsider text amendments to Article 9 of the Procedures Manual and Article 12 of the Zoning Regulations pertaining to powers and jurisdiction of the Board of Zoning Appeals.

B. Consider text amendments to Article 7 of the Zoning Regulations pertaining to sign regulations.
