5. Public Hearing:

A. Public hearing to consider a zoning map revision from the ‘R-1’ Residential Low Density district to the ‘M-1’ Light Industrial district for property generally located between 95th and 103rd Streets on Sunflower Road (a portion of Parcel No. AF221306-3002). Withdrawn by applicant due to error in public hearing notice letters.

B. Public hearing to consider a zoning map revision from the ‘M-1’ Light Industrial district to the ‘O-I’ Office Institutional district for property generally located south of 88th Street on Commerce Drive (Parcel Nos. AP12400001-0009:10).

C. Public hearing to consider a zoning map revision from the ‘R-1’ Residential Low Density district to the ‘R-0’ Residential Suburban district for 8690 Waverly Road.


6. New Business:

A. Consider Site Plan for The Commons, generally located south of 88th Street on Commerce Drive. Withdrawn by applicant.

B. Discuss amendments to Comprehensive Plan Chapter 7 and Map 12 regarding future land use.

C. Discuss upcoming Planning Commission business.


7. Old Business:

A. Reconsider text amendments to Article 9 of the Procedures Manual and Article 12 of the Zoning Regulations pertaining to powers and jurisdiction of the Board of Zoning Appeals.

B. Consider text amendments to Article 7 of the Zoning Regulations pertaining to sign regulations.
