Public Hearing:
A.  Public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit for continuation of the commercial operation of the Zimmerman Kill Creek Farm property, zoned "R-1" Residential - Low Density, addressed 9210 Kill Creek Rd.

Old Business:
A.  Consider a Special Use Permit for a Municipal Pool in the "O-I" Office-Institutional district for 5 parcels totaling 7.38 acres, addressed 32905 W. 84th St.

New Business:
A.  Discuss lessening street improvement standards in certain areas of the City.
B.  Discuss basing accessory structure size limitation on property acreage.
C.  Discuss adopting lighting standards interior to developments.
D.  Discuss future Planning Commission business.
