5. Public Hearing:

A. Public hearing to consider a zoning map revision from the 'C-2' General Business district to the 'M-2' Light Industrial district for property located at 32050 W. 83rd Street.

B. Public hearing to consider amendment(s) to Chapter 8 of the City of De Soto Comprehensive Plan pertaining to adopting by reference the Kansas Department of Transportations K-10 Highway Corridor Study.


6. Old Business:

A. Consider Preliminary Plat for Cedar Hill Estates, located at the southwest corner of 89th Street and Waverly Road.

B. Consider a Special Use Permit application for a general office use in the ‘R-H’ Residential-Historic zoning district, addressed 32955 W. 83rd Street. TABLED AT APPLICANT’S REQUEST.


7. New Business:

A. Consider Final Development Plan for De Soto Self Storage, located at the southwest corner of Lexington and 95th Street (Parcel AF221305-3021).

B. Discuss request from Economic Development Council to consider text amendment(s) allowing advertising signage adjacent to K-10 Highway.

C. Discuss Section 11 of Article 5 of the Zoning Regulations regarding home occupations.
