B. Consider Preliminary Plat for Cedar Hill Estates, located at the southwest corner of 89th Street and Waverly Road.

C. Consider Master Signage Plan submittal for The Commons office park.

D. Discuss Capital Improvements Programming with City Administrator Pat Guilfoyle.

E. Discuss text amendment to Comprehensive Plan adopting KDOT’s K-10 Highway Corridor Study.

A. Reconsider a Special Use Permit application for a recreational fitness facility in the ‘O-I’ Office-Institutional zoning district, addressed 8960 Commerce Drive.

B. Reconsider a Special Use Permit application for a day care facility in the ‘O-I’ Office-Institutional zoning district, addressed 8960 Commerce Drive.

C. Consider a zoning change from ‘R-0’ Residential Suburban district to the ‘R-1’ Residential – Low Density district for 32799 W 91st Terrace.

D. Consider a Special Use Permit application for a general office use in the ‘R-H’ Residential-Historic zoning district, addressed 32955 W. 83rd Street. TABLED AT APPLICANT’S REQUEST.

E. Consider Minor Plat for Harding Lake subdivision.
