A. Public hearing to
consider a City-initiated rezoning from ‘R-0’ Residential
– Suburban to ‘M-1’ Light Industrial for 5 parcels
totaling 9.12 acres generally located at the Northeast corner of 83rd
and Caress St.
B. Public hearing to
consider a rezoning from ‘C-2’ General Business to ‘P-D’
Planned Development for a 3.98 acre parcel (no. AF221305-3021), generally
located at the Southwest corner of 95th St. and Lexington Ave.
C. Public hearing to
consider a text amendment to Article 6 of the Subdivision Regulations
pertaining to sidewalk installation requirements.
D. Public hearing to
consider a text amendment to Articles 4 and 5 and Appendix A of the
Zoning Regulations pertaining to permitted land uses by zoning district.
