5. Public Hearing:

A. Public hearing to consider a zoning change from ‘R-0’ Residential Suburban district to the ‘R-1’ Residential – Low Density district for 32799 W 91st Terrace.

B. Public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit application for a recreational fitness facility in the ‘O-I’ Office-Institutional zoning district, addressed 8960 Commerce Drive.

C. Public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit application for a day care facility in the ‘O-I’ Office-Institutional zoning district, addressed 8960 Commerce Drive.

D. Public hearing to consider a Special Use Permit application for a general office use in the ‘R-H’ Residential-Historic zoning district, addressed 32955 W. 83rd Street.

E. Public hearing to consider amendment(s) to Section 4.03 of Article 4 of the City of De Soto Subdivision Regulations and Article 12 of the Procedures Manual regarding notification of pending plat applications to surrounding property owners.


6. New Business:

A. Consider minor plat for Harding Lake subdivision.

B. Consider request by Nathan Harding to extend preliminary plat approval for Brook West subdivision.


7. Old Business:

A. Consider a zoning change from ‘R-H’ Residential Historic district to the ‘P-D’ Planned Development district for property generally located at the southwest corner of Kickapoo and 83rd Street (Parcel AF221228-2037).
